Happy February, folks! Did you know that February happens to be National Chocolate Lovers month? I mean, it totally makes sense with Valentine's Day being less than a couple of weeks away. And chocolate definitely speaks the language of love, am I right? ;)
And then we have World Nutella Day on the 5th! An entire day dedicated to celebrating that creamy, chocolaty goodness that is Nutella hazelnut spread. Other than maybe cookie butter, Nutella has be one of the best things ever to come out of a jar.
I can't think of a better way to celebrate the intersection of National Chocolate Lovers Month with World Nutella Day than with this super easy to make, two ingredient Chocolate Nutella Fudge...
Just like most of my homemade fudge recipes on the blog, this Chocolate Nutella Fudge is crazy simple to make. You just need two ingredients (three, if you count the sprinkles), a bowl, & a microwave. The prep itself takes just a few minutes of your time.
I jazzed this fudge up for Valentine's Day with some candy hearts & chocolate sprinkles, but you could totally switch up the sprinkles for any holiday. I also think toasted chopped hazelnuts would be amazing mixed into this fudge & sprinkled on top.

How to cook Chocolate Nutella Fudge
- Line an 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper, leaving at least a 2 inch overhang over each side. Set aside.
- Add the Nutella and chocolate frosting to a medium sized microwave-safe bowl. Do not stir. Microwave for 1 minute, & then stir until combined and completely smooth. Pour into prepared pan and spread evenly. Top with sprinkles of your choice, if desired. Place in the refrigerator until firm, about 2-3 hours. Remove the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper, and allow it to sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before cutting the fudge into squares.
- Enjoy!
- Store the fudge in an airtight container in the fridge or at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
