First, let me preface this post with the disclaimer that no other nieces of mine were shunned or offended in the writing of this post.

My niece, Shelby happens to be my one and only niece. ;)

And yes, I do happen to have a niece in college. (My husband was accidentally on purpose as my in-laws best describe it, so all of his siblings are a good bit older than him.)

Shelby also happens to be little miss's "best friend"...

Since little miss was born, Shelby has become one of our go-to babysitters when the husband and I want to squeeze in a date night. Little miss is very particular about who she is left alone with (that is being stated mildly, folks), but she is always excited to see her Shelby at the door. :)
And lucky for us, Shelby is attending college just 20 minutes away...

In fact, she is attending my old Alma mater, also majoring in education.
College life and dorm life isn't always easy. Between classes, projects, papers, and the usual college scene, convenient snack options that also happen to be dorm friendly are a must.
So for my favorite niece, aka one of our go-to babysitters, aka little miss's best friend, a college care package here and there is definitely in order.  Since I also happen to be a food blogger, it is only natural that I create a foodie care package to send along to my niece. ;)
And Amazon Wish List makes that easy for this mama...

I browse dorm-perfect snacks like Slim Jim, Swiss Miss, DAVIDS sunflower seeds, and Orville Reddenbacher microwave popcorn and simply drop them into the College Foodie Care Package I created via Amazon Wish List...
