This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Red Baron. The opinions and text are all mine.

When you are the parents to a little one under 3, your days of tailgating are pretty much over or at the very least are put on hold for a few years. But that certainly doesn't mean that the fun and food of football season has to come to a grinding and depressing halt, folks! Not when you could just move the tailgating to your home. ;) I mean, who says that tailgating has to happen in a parking lot anyways?

And tailgating at home doesn't have to be super time consuming or complicated either. Grab a few Red Baron, Freschetta, or Tony's pizzas, kick in a few tasty appetizers and side dishes, a dessert or two, and some fun drinks, and you are good to go!
Be sure to check out the Tailgate At Your Place virtual hub for recipes, home tailgating tips, & more to get you started.

One of my favorite go-to side dishes for a tailgate at home party is this Creamy Buffalo Ranch Potato Salad. It is super easy to make, full of flavor, and a touchdown with just about everyone...

Creamy Buffalo Ranch Potato Salad

by Frugal Foodie Mama
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients (6-8 servings)
  • 2 lbs golden or red potatoes, scrubbed and cut into 3/4 inch chunks
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
Place the potato chunks in a large saucepan and cover with water. Cover with a lid. Bring to a boil over high heat. Boil 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. Drain and let cool to warm. Transfer the potatoes to a large bowl.

Add the celery, Ranch dressing, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and hot sauce to the bowl. Mix well. Give the salad a taste and add salt & pepper, if needed.

**Tip: This salad can be served cold or slightly warm. Be sure to cover & refrigerate any leftover salad. Always remember to keep potato salad chilled in an ice bath if it will be out at room temperature for any length of time.
Enjoy!
