I’m a big fan of vintage recipes and cookbooks. Today, I'm adapting a recipe from a fantastic 1958 cookbook passed down to me from my mother-in-law. I have a bit of a confession to make – growing up, it was always a struggle to get me to eat vegetables! I’m always on the hunt for ways to make vegetables interesting, different , delicious and fun!
