Ahhhhh... To Be An Acclaimed Food Critic (SBC, Day #66)

As you may have (or may not have) noticed, I did not participate in the Summer Blog Challenge yesterday.  After much consideration (and excessive squashing of my very competitive, never say quit alter-ego), I decided to only participate in the prompts that appeal to me and that are in line with what I am trying to do on my blog here.  That being said, today's prompt was right up my alley...  


What would your dream job be?
Easy.  An acclaimed food critic.  I mean, come on... getting paid to travel around the world eating the finest cuisine for some of the most gifted chefs on the planet??  Sign. Me. Up.
I am not talking an Anthony Bourdain type of career here.  No cameras or television shows, please.
Just straight up traveling, eating, critiquing, and blogging... with a pretty paycheck. ;)


So, what career path would you choose if all obstacles were removed and sky's the limit?
